That one isn't too hard to get. Just hold out in the fort in the south-western part of the map (In Mexico, I forget the name of it) and shoot them coming through one of the doors that ring the fort.

thats what i was doing cause i thought ooo theres a door they wont get in through here kept using my shotgun when ones tried to get in. Cunt was not actually in the fort but the outside of it near that bit and somehow shot through a wall.

They reduced the amount of XP gang hideouts give. You could get about 1700 or something for Twin Rocks if you did it well enough. Now it's about 600.

I got about 1000+ doing Fort Mercer before the update and thats the only one i've done so far. Just have to kick ass and chew bubblegum in ranked matches

Did they change them all? Because I recall that a couple of them you got a shit ton of points and the others you didn't so it makes sense to make them all around the same amount of points

I think they nerfed ones that could be done quickly.

As in, if you can get 2000 exp for something you can do in a few minutes then it has to be nerfed if you're giving the same experience to something that takes longer.
