I don't think that's a normal way for anyone to write anything.

That reeks of bad fanfiction.

The script for the final episode is full of gems like this. Including Daenerys being referred to as "her satanic majesty" in the scene in which Drogon spreads his wings behind her.

GRRM thinks they rushed the show and needed a few more season to get everything done right, and he hates fan fiction.
