The update is installed but it's telling me the network is still undergoing routine maintenance. I'm in the Mid-Atlantic, I highly doubt this region is still in the dark.

I wouldn't expect online to be running smoothly for a good couple of days. There was a good 70 million likely trying to download the update/sign in yesterday - and if the load wasn't the problem, the fact Sony were turning on different areas at different times may've had something to do with why it was going up and down.

That said, I fancy playing SARB online later on, so I hope it's a bit better than yesterday...
