Noah
Hominick-Aldo I echo that. Fairly new MMA fan, only ever had a passing interest before but I absolutely loved that fight.
Rich
The funny thing is, you go on to say that you don't pretend to know for sure, despite the fact that above in your post you say 'it's clear after round 1 that it's going to the judges' as if you know for sure Yeah... sure. You know as well as I do that my "know not for sure" was focused towards what would attract viewers, not towards the 'Its clear after round 1 that its going to the judges'. But I agree with you on one thing. No real need to go any further on this one. You believe in nonstop 5-round wars, I believe more in KO's/subs. Fortunately we both get our wishes sometimes :-) Just like Mir-Cro Cop going to the judges or Jones-Shogun, Cro Cop-Schaub, Miller-Shalorus, Bisping-Rivera, Jones-Badar? With the exception of the first one, all of those were fun fights that ended later than the first round. I have thought fights would ends in the first and its gone all the way, I have thought fights would go to the judges only for someone to pull it out. That's the best thing about MMA it is very very hard to predict what is going to happen as there are so many different things going on. Not saying I dislike the excitement of flash KO's or subs, but I get equally excited about long fights that build to have me almost screaming at the tv when it gets it to the end. Plubby
I think people come for the flash KO's and subs, but they stay for the three-round Couture/BigNog wars.

EddieG
That's the second time Sakara backed out of that fight, is it not?
Gazz
Third. 118, 122 and now 133. Although, Rivera pulled out of the UFC 118 fight first.
DavidMarrio
and didn't the second time he have like an infection or something? Think he was throwing up backstage or something.

What shaman did Dana piss off for this nonsense? Constantinos Philippou's out of his match with Rafael Natal and will be facing Rivera now, and Paul Bradley's being brought in to face Natal. Rich
And UFC 138 (from Birmingham) is confirmed as a Spike show. When was it ever not going to be a Spike show? I thought it was announced as such when info was released, its hardly carrying star power that could be used for a PPV
Guest mr. potato head
It was never announced as such, everyone just assumed it would be for that reason.

Pretty sure I remember reading that it was to be a Spike show from the get-go, but yeah, whatever.

Mysterio2000X
And Tito Ortiz crashed his Rolls Royce Phantom. Thankfully, he's fine and the main event is still on, but I'm telling you, there's one pissed off voodoo master out there somewhere.

Gabriel
Too many people would mistake him for Kimo. Dana doesn't want to upset the fans when they find out they're not the same guy.
EddieG
UFC is going back to Toronto for 140, the ACC this time though.
