After watching yet another web series, it made me wonder: how did that whole EWD&D thing work out?

Pfff....4e.
-
It's fun

4E!? D&D!? What the fuck is this madness.

One major flaw returns in Assassins Creed Revelations (full name for you C-MIL

That's... a bit far don't you think? Granted, the guy wasn't entertaining during his time in TNA, but do you hate America THAT much?
-
Matchmaking on the third game was horrible too.
-
It really was. I do notice that it doesnt seem to take as long to find a match this time, though the game is still new and Im searching by myself.
-
Never thought it could be so hard to make a good rock/mineral pun of a wrestlers name.

Really? That was seriously my first concoction a few days ago, though I later added 'The Marble Man'.

Granitey Savage.

The Machore Man

Are you still able to change your username by donating? How does that work these days?

Anyone have suggestions for tv shows to watch that are similar to Avatar: Last Airbender? Animated preferred, and if possible stuff that I could stream off Netflix..

FLCL is one of the best animes out there. But it's rather short, 6 episodes I believe.
-
It's also in no way thematically similar to AtLA.
-
Rave. And Slam Dunk! AND RANMA 1/2!

I'm kind of disappointed in EWB. No holiday thread or anything. I guess I'll be the first to say Merry Colin Hanks Day of Birth Day.

What holiday? Christmas isn't until next month.
-
Wooo. Hari Guru!
-
So... Merry Colin Hanks' Birthday, basically is what you're saying.

So Facebook may have made a change that I actually wont ever enjoy. Top Stories is now a mandatory thing and the "most recent updates" is turned into a condensed ticker on the right side. Rather lame.

Recent stories isn't just on the sidebar, they're under the top stories. Look at the posts, if they have a blue corner its still part of top stories, once you scroll past all those its all recent.
-
It seems to be most recent to a point for me. I unmark stuff as a top story and it disappears from my main feed, but is somewhere in the ticker. I am waiting to see if it just takes a bit for everything to make it to the main feed, but it seems like a needless change when they already had the options of top stories and most recent.
I fully expect to adjust to the changes by next week, though, like I do with any other changes websites make.
-
Yeah, the "top posts" are the first three, then it's the regular most recent feed. I have a feeling we'll just spend our time a little further down the page, but still looking at the same data.
I don't like the live thing at the side... I don't care if X has commented on Y's post when I'm not involved in the discussion.

So Cards Against Humanity is pretty fucking fun.

It's OK but it's no Crabs Against Humidity.
-
And no Sharks Against Humanity.
...and no Sharknado.
Hey! I just invented a game! Six degrees of Sharknado!

Starring Tara Reid!

Can it be Fall or Winter again please?

Move to Australia.

Soon. Heed the warnings. Winter is coming.

Summer is the best day of the year!

Trying to find a piece of music with a somber tone and one with an upbeat/hopeful tone is proving more difficult than imagined.

Not really. I want something without any lyrics preferably as it is for a project for my film class, but anything is preferable over using the stock stuff in the editing program.
-
Well it's not an instrumental, but for the somber one, maybe this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntIaLBEzhns for the upbeat one... I'd probably have to see the project.
-
The project is going to be a PSA, so I guess the sort of stuff you might hear in those.

Is GTA V on PC worth it? From what I've read, hackers seem to be galore.
-
4 or 5? I could never get 4 to run properly but my step-son loves 5 on PC
-
5. I had it on 360 and stopped playing because it got kind of boring after a while (and I got tired of waiting for Rockstar to actually release heists over a year and a half or so), but I've been having an itch to play again. I'd prefer getting it on PC instead of One, but I've read a lot of reviews of people hating Online now that multiplayer mods were forced to shut down and a hacker problem.
-
I've never really had a problem with hackers online. Occasionally there will be some dickhead but I've not really noticed it. Still, I haven't actually played it for a while.

Have my hands on my old N64. Goldeneye, Pokemon Puzzle League/Snap, Pilotwings, WWF No Mercy, and Mario kart are calling my name.
-
Now that I finished the animated Avatar: The Last Airbender (which was quite amazing), I now torture myself by viewing the live action adaptation.
-
Oh my god. Earth Rumble 6? The Boulder? Big Bad Hippo? Why hasnt an Avatar Wrestling Federation series been animated yet?
-
I love when the Google image is interactive. It makes me feel like Im accomplishing something when all I did was click a few buttons to make Google play Jingle Bells for me.
-
Far Cry 3 started off meh, but has become very addicting.
-
I see level 40's in AC Revelations and think they play too much. Im level 50 now, but it is because Im just good. And have no life.
-
Ordered a set of all five Song of Ice and Fire books. I think I'll still have trouble keeping track of stuff despite watching the show.
-
Does anyone else on here have the Galaxy S5 phone and had issues with push notifications?
-
Watched Gullivers Travels the other day... Pretty sure I saw at least 2 actors that were in Doctor Who. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing still...
-
Given the number of guest stars in Doctor Who its not entirely surprising. Its probably harder to find a vaguely British cast that doesn't have one in.
-
I THINK one was the actor that played Craig, whereas the other one was definitely the one who played Donna Noble.
All in all I did sort of enjoy seeing a cast of British people saying "Boosh."
