Sad F is For Family is finished, but also glad it didn't overstay it's welcome. Probably one of most under-discussed streaming shows out there for how good it was.

Oh, the final season came out, didn't it? I need to watch that.

I don't know how many people still keep up with The Walking Dead but the World Beyond spin-off answered some things in its post-credits scenes.

Spoiler

Namely, the virus was created in a lab - in France to be exact, it seems - and French scientists accidentally made the walkers more intelligent.

Gonna have to actually log on to HBO Max at 6pm sharp next Sunday to see if they actually killed off Kendall or not. I think I'm equally interested in either option; I just genuinely don't know where Kendall can possibly go as a character from this point on unless they wanted to commit to a real redemption arc for him and not what his big play against Logan turned out to be, and  that just isn't really what this show is.

The lack of hype around it had it sitting on my list for years. We needed a new show and I happened upon an article talking about how season five was the last and that the quality never seemed to dip through the years... so we gave it a shot.

WHY DID NO ONE SAY HOW GOOD THIS IS?

What would you say makes it good? I haven't seen it myself because I didn't like the look of it from the trailers. I thought Bojack Horseman seemed bad from its trailers too, but I ended up really liking it for its blend of comedy and relatable drama.

At it's core, it's got heart for days. I've never rooted for a TV family more to get their happy ending, IMO.

Think that does connect back to the CDC part of, I think, S1 of TWD, where the guy there said he had been in contact with France regarding a cure.

I gave up on TWD:TWB after the first episode.  After the CWM showed up and literally gunned down everyone at that college campus, I went "Yea, more terrible people and misery porn...not feeling it"

Yeah, Noah Emmerich is the series finale and it seems to confirm where the virus was created. One of the teens on TWB also may have found a way of killing zombies off as well - for good, I mean.
