Fucking hell, they are dropping like flies. I'm half expecting a call up at this rate. Southgate heard about the power of OVERLAP.

Power of "if in doubt.....HOOOOOOOOFFFFF!!!"

1 Hart
2 Walker
5 Cahill
6 Stones
3 Bertrand
8 Alli
4 Henderson
10 Rooney
7 Walcott
9 Sturridge
11 Lingard

This could be the easiest job interview for England manager in some time. If we don't stick at least 4 past Malta then it is a disappointment.

Hendo is doing more in midfield than Rooney, he might as well be having a pot of tea with Hart.

That shouldn't even be a thing that needs pointing out.

Henderson gets criticised way too easily. He's been fantastic for us this season and was fantastic in 13/14. Last season he was carrying an injury for most of the season and 14/15 our whole team was shite.

He's a good player and people need to recognise that more.

Hendo is a good player, I rate him. Hes a little bit like Milner in that he is always overlooked by the flair players.

Rooney 2/1 to score next? Behave.

Sunderland keeper Jordan Pickford has been given his first England call-up after being drafted into the squad to face Slovenia in Tuesday's 2018 World Cup qualifier.

He replaces Burnley's Tom Heaton, who has picked up a minor injury.

Pickford, 22, had been due to link up with the Under-21s for their Euro qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Arsenal left-back Kieran Gibbs has also joined the squad, replacing Ryan Bertrand.

The Southampton defender suffered a hamstring injury in the 2-0 win over Malta.

Pickford has been the only positive so far this season for us. He's been very good and kept a lot of scores down in front of that dreadful back four he's been lumped with. His kicking is absolutely phenomenal, a number of times he's set up chances for us just haven't managed to convert any yet. He won't play but I'm delighted for him. If he keeps on the way he is, he's going to be very difficult to keep a hold of.
