Interesting. I'm not going to make any sort of judgment on the guy as I'm sure Moffat knows what he's doing. I hope they do something with his hair as it's a bit similar to Tennant's. But I can certainly see what they mean about him having a Doctorish look.

He's been in a few shows with Billie Piper. He's a good actor and I think he is goig to be a pretty good Doctor. I like the fact he's relatively unknown. I want to look at the Doctor and see "The Doctor" - not "that guy from Survivors" or "that guy from 'Random TV show'".

When I was watching for some reason I had the strangest idea it might be Ralf Little (who no doubt is well over 26 now), which I think might almost work. Should be fairly interesting to have an unknown in there (take that Moffat!).

I went to bed Yesterday afternoon before they announced who the new Doctor would, I had a dream about it and it was Ralf Little, he had long type of hair and gave a speech about being the new Doctor in the sort of style that he would give on the show. It's a shame I bet he would have been good. Someone should do a Cube Diary with Ralf Little as The Doctor.

Can't say that I've really heard of Matt Smith.
