Been playing Mount and Blade. The original version cause I'm a weirdo who wants to play the original first even though that wouldnt matter for a game without a real storyline LET ME BE ME.

I hate the fact that so many offered quests are 'fetch the cattle' HOW ABOUT NO FUCKING HERDING THE CATTLE HAS SOME SHIT MECHANICS FUCK OFF KING RAGNAR MY LIEGE AND TRUE KING OF THE NORDS.

Combat isn't intricate or anything but man it's so satisfying to charge up to a bunch of archers and clubbing their heads in with my morningstar.

Would anybody be interested in a copy of CK2 and the Way of Life DLC? I bought the Humble Bundle for all the DLC, and I obviously already had the core game and WoL DLC.

i highly recommend CK2. Its a great game, even if you only play the base version. Myself, I want the Monks and Mystics and The Old Gods packs.

CK2 has always seemed like one of those games that I would love to play and could see myself easily losing 200+ hours of my life in...or I would play it for 2 hours and never play it again.

Playing Phantom Doctrine, a Cold War conspiracy tactics game.

Impressions:

1) This game is absurdly unoptimized. I don't exactly have a high-end PC but something like this should not make my system chug.

2) The intel gathering/counterops/basebuilder portions of the game are neat and the tactics sections are tense.

3) I really want to run a nWoD/d20 Modern game now.

Anyone have any thoughts on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey? I was about to pick it up from Humble until I saw it's on the Epic Launcher. Steam doesn't have a release date other than "2020."
Really don;t want to get it on Epic but if it's looking like a must play, I might throw down for it.
