RSL kicked off the new CCL campaign by going down to Guatemala and beating Municipal 1-0. Rimando with a couple of huge saves apparently. Tonight SEA/VAN and LA plays Central FC out of Trinidad. Queretero and Santos won their games

Orlando has reportedly tabled a 10m a year offer to Chicharito ....and San Jose reportedly has put out a 6m deal for Carlos Vela.  I absolutely WANT Vela in the league ... and could live with the little pea too.

TFC is looking to make some deals (trade) and they have some pieces that could help other clubs (Jackson, Findley, Moore).

David Beckham has found a site for his proposed Major League Soccer team in Miami. Beckham's plan to field a side in the 2018 MLS season has been hampered by the lack of a suitable venue. But the 40-year-old is now looking to build on the site of the Orange Bowl, the former home of the Miami Dolphins which was demolished in 2008. "We are as confident as we have ever been that we can move this forward," MLS chief Don Garber told BBC Sport. The site Beckham is interested in is adjacent to the Miami Marlins' baseball stadium.

Hopefully the Marlins wave some of their restrictions/promises they have in the contract for their stadium (in specific reference to a stadium being built adjacent to them).  Otherwise this could be a laughing stock.
