We came out for the second half with a striker and two number ten's making up a three man midfield and two strikers attempting to play as wingers. It's no wonder we looked completely clueless.

Looking forward to failed Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate or TV pundit Gary Neville getting the job, with lots of guff spoken about how they "know the set up." It may be a set-up that has failed time and time again since 1966, but at least they know it.

Gary Neville started March with two jobs, by the end of June he has none.

Also all English players need to have a year abroad to learn to play like Europeans, Dier being trained on the continent has helped his game immensely. >_>
