Adam
Jagielka isn't going? Yes he is? The more I look at it the more this team makes sense. Cole, Terry, Cahill and Johnson are all unavailable (assuming Johnson is still injured), as is Lampard.
Jimmy
I thought Jag was on stand-by.
MJB
Jagielka isn't in the 23. Terry, Cahill, Lescott, Jones, Johnson, Cole, Baines are the only seven defenders. As Split said though, he is on stand by but I don't see why Terry isn't playing, it's not as if he had to play in the CL Final.
The Quasi Juice
Not sure if this is true but apparently this is our team for tonight: Green Baines Lescott Jagielka Jones Milner Parker Downing Gerrard Young Carroll :puke: This would mean a change in formation, correct? That's how Holland plays too.
Pesci
That's pretty much how we've been playing. Rooney behind a main striker, usually Bent, and Young and Walcott on the flanks with two sitters.
Dingle
I figured we'd get a different keeper tonight and Hart will be back for next weeks game. Good to see Carrol getting the start here as Woy's probably trying out his secondary striker to Rooney. Iffy on Downing but I think the team set up for tonight is good enough to get us a result. Liking the formation being what I wanted it to be too, 4-2-3-1 could be very successful for us.
Gazz
Roy's nicked my formation! Stewart Downing is no Moises Sanchez though.

Gazz
Jose copied me too. Where do you think he got the idea of 'left sided inside forward who scores for fun' from?
jack95
I just realised the Norway manager is former Wimbledon manager Egil Olsen! I love that man. I wish he had been appointed England manager, wellington boots and all.
Adam
Did ITV show the Norway national anthem and then go to the adverts for the English one?

alldaws1
I thought they played it first. I wasn't in the room but I was sure I heard it. And Carroll has to score that. Really good ball by Downing.

Pesci
I always forget how ugly that England kit is. Definitely looking more like a 4-4-1-1 than a 4-2-3-1 at the moment, the wingers look quite deep.

Thrilla
Can never trust a keeper that doesn't have a player on the posts during corners.
