We're forced to go wide cause Hearts either closed down the CMs or they gave the ball away. And down the right because Henderson and Kelly arent wide players. Allen came on and improved the midfield.

We've got Arsenal a few days after, so I think the side will look similar to tonight's. As long as Adam, Spearing and Carragher are playing, Hearts have a chance.

Only heard the first half hour on the radio (then went to see Batman. Yay!), sounded just like our preseason squad, and to be fair their ground actually wasn't as good as Hartlepools so maybe good prep for them. Draw is fine and we've barely played anyone who'll be playing tomorrow(!), away goal to take to SJP.
