Spurs will be in anyway unless Man Utd overtake them since the League Cup place will go to the league.

League cup place goes to the league if the winner is already in Europe.

FA Cup place goes to the runner up if the winner is already in Europe. If the runner up is already in Europe it goes to the league.

I swear this comes up every time we approach the final of either cup.
