The PS4 thread

Man, $20 a month. That's a lot to ask for what they're offering currently.

Like, I could see it if we were looking at "Hey, play pretty much every PSX, PS2, PS3 game!", which it might be eventually... but right now? Nah.

My internet connection likes to cut out a few times a day too, so I'm not sure I'm really the target demographic. I wish they'd just figure out a way to buy these games on PS4 and just have them. Like, I get PS3 stuff, because the machine was built in a really fucking weird way, but I have a hard time believing they couldn't get a PSX and PS2 emulator running properly on a PS4 with a patch or two.

Sony is amending the PS Now program. Rather then paying per game, it'll now be a monthly subscription. 19.99 a month, or a three month block for 44.95

That's a significantly better idea, I mean, I doubt I'll get it because I hate the idea of playing a game that'll disappear from my library, but still, an improvement.

The 20th anniversary PSN sale is going on through Monday. 60% off games, up to 75% for PS+ members. The PS4 selection is... underwhelming. CoD Ghosts, Killzone, Final Fantasy, NFS: Rivals and something else.

The PS2 classic selection looks great. Wish they worked on PS4
