Oh, okay, an Outer Worlds sequel actually does justify a trailer as meta as that trailer was, that fits the tone of that game really well. I loved the first one for what it was, I'm all the way down for a sequel.

Cool concept. Love the art style and the idea of 100 characters reminds me a lot of one of my favorite PS2 JRPGs, Radiata Stories.

Forza Horizon 4 was a lot of fun. I'm well up for this.

Forza Horizon is a perfect GamePass deal for me, I don't want to buy car games but that game I had a fun time fucking around in for a month.

This show has done more to showcase the power of the Series X than any of Microsoft's presentations so far. We've seen some excellent looking games so far.

Microsoft has absolutely made the most of the fact that they're the undisputed headliner this year with Sony and EA nowhere near. This has been a really strong presentation, and the Starfield thing ended up only being a drop in the ocean as opposed to Mario & Rabbids leaking taking the wind out of Ubisoft's sails.

Phil Spencer specifically saying "RPG" for Starfield there tips me a little more in the "more Mass Effect than No Man's Sky" camp.

There's way too many co-op shooters. I prefer Arcane's single player games.

This is Ghostbusters, but the ghosts are vampires.

I wouldn't have imagined that would be the final reveal, but that was a very good show overall. Unless you're the biggest of anti-Microsoft fanatics, I can't imagine there wasn't anything for you shown there.

I suppose you could say that there still aren't a massive number of games coming before the end of the year, but that's an industry-wide situation. The main takeaway here is "Subscribe to Game Pass now".

Very good show from Microsoft. Also they just announced a dang mini-fridge as like a post-credits stinger. Square in half an hour, now.
