I could "cheat" and start from an all level 1 party and just go through the game and refight the gyms. Or I could wait a few months to grab OR. The nice thing is that each of ORAS has every Mega-Stone in it. So you can get, say, Charizardite and Mewtwoite in both X and Y versions no matter which game you have. I know one you have to get the highest ranking in each of the contest categories or something. Ah well. Just means I can restart my X version without any worry.
