Seriously, the best player for Arsenal besides Podolski is the ref.

And they've finished in the top 4 every single season that Arsene has been at the club.

But as I was explaining to a friend earlier confused about why this isn't good enough for Arsenal fans atm, when you get used to being ultra successful and competing for lots of trophies it becomes a disaster when you fall out of contention and start having to fight to finish 4th in the league.
