Not saying that, I'm saying it doesn't really matter if a player is going for a ball, if he catches a player high then it's red. Also nice finish, Modric deserves better than the subs bench. But also, if Man U manage to win, then they will have had to work for it and will have deserved it.

It's not ludicrous, but it is incorrect. At worst its dangerous play which is a booking, a red for serious foul play requires intent or excessive force, of which Nani jumping to control a ball had neither.

This should have been remembered as a straight up awesome match not something marred by blah officiating, Sir Alex played it perfectly tactically and that's the frustratingly unpredictable nature of the game it still wasn't enough.
