Mark Clattenburg has absolutely no control over the West Ham/Everton match. Both James McCarthy and Kevin Mirallas should be off for Everton, while James Tomkins just acted like a little bitch for trying to sell a shove to the face when it was nowhere near the face.

Danny Welbeck is fit to start up front and fellow Gunners striker Olivier Giroud is back early from his broken leg and is on the bench. Mikel Arteta returns to the Arsenal midfield in place of Mathieu Flamini. Patrick McNair and Tyler Blackett start at centre-back for Manchester United, flanked by Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia. There is no place for Juan Mata in the starting XI but David De Gea, Angel Di Maria and Michael Carrick are fit.
Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Chambers, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs, Arteta, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Alexis Sanchez, Welbeck
Man Utd XI: de Gea, Smalling, McNair, Blackett, Valencia, Carrick, Fellaini, Shaw, di Maria, Rooney, van Persie

This is the most bizarrely tight start to the season ever. Apart from Chelsea, everyone is goin through spells of being a bit shit and getting a run of wins.

That United back four is absolutely shocking. Under no circumstances should they have found themselves in that position. It's perfectly set up for Welbeck to get a brace.

Referees really don't understand the magic spray. Second ref now who's paced out 10, then just given up and drawn a line in front of the players after 8. Pace it, draw it, tell them to get behind it. Common sense.
