Naaa. Nolan had a shot really, really close to the goal, from an angle, ball going high. Naughton's in front of him and turns his back to block it, hits his hand which is the in the air, but they're ridiculously close to each other. It's probably a pen, but never a red card, wasn't a clear goal scoring opportunity, nor in any way on purpose.
