Picked up an injury in training.

The performances from Ayew and Montero this season have really shown how much Routledge and Dyer have regressed.

Lot of celebrating on Twitter over Montero not in the squad, which is very premature. I think the Swansea team are good enough to win this without him. Just hope United can play to their best.

And of course Sky are doing a 'Rooney Is Back' promo, so he definitely won't score.

Solid half, some good chances. 

The general build-up could be better for Swans, but Shelvey is starting to get into the game. Romero looks shaky with his kicking.

Not really sure, he's never broke out of the U21s until this preseason where he... didn't suck. So, there's that.

Build up play is far too slow. We're not even getting Shaw and Darmian down the flanks. Rooney has looked shite. Two chances and fluffed them both, with one tame effort to show for it.

Build up hasn't been too bad, but too slow to get a ball forward. Largely because Rooney has been poor. He doesn't look particularly lively and isn't making the runs you need a lone striker to make to be able to play forward passes.
