Gazz
I just threw up in my mouth a little at the thought of Ocon in a Mercedes. 1
Gazz
$100m a year salary apparently. Nearly double his Mercedes salary and $30m more than Verstappen.

Meacon Keaton
2024 team meetings are going to get so awkward. Edited February 2 by Meacon Keaton
METALMAN
Wow. I might actually end up supporting Red Bull sometimes if Albion goes there. Wonder how Ricciardo and Tsunoda are feeling if true.
Admin Lineker Posted February 3 Author Admin Report Share Posted February 3 Tsunoda will surely end up in an Aston anyway once they're under Honda power.

Meacon Keaton
It won't make any difference, but I'd love to see Sainz finish ahead of him and Leclerc this season.
Admin Lineker Posted February 5 Author Admin Report Share Posted February 5 Quote Red Bull Formula 1 team boss Christian Horner is under investigation after a complaint was made against him, the company said on Monday. Red Bull said it took the allegations "extremely seriously" and has started an investigation. Horner, 50, oversaw Red Bull's record-breaking 2023 season in which the team won 21 of 22 races as Max Verstappen secured his third world title. Horner says he "completely denies" the allegations. "After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation," Red Bull said in a statement. "This process, which is already under way, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time." Asked about the allegations by Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, external, Horner said: "I completely deny these claims." Horner has been Red Bull team principal since they first started on the F1 grid in 2005 and has gone on to win seven drivers' championships and six constructors' championships with the team. Adam
The season hasn't even started and there's already so much going on. Red Bull have been very vague on what Horner is alleged to have done.

Meacon Keaton
Wow. Whatever Horner did, or is being accused of, must be incredibly serious if they're advising he step down. Also, I like the colors of the Sauber livery, but it looks like something I made on F1 2020. 1
Adam
Exactly what I thought on the Sauber livery. So many teams use black as a key colour on their livery nowadays. Also, is the media and everyone going to call them Sauber or actually refer to them as Stake F1? I hope it's the former.
Chris2K
Everywhere I've seen is calling them Sauber, and the Visa CashApps are just referred to as RB. Hopefully the media refusing to co-operate with these sponsor-based names will lower the interest in doing it. The alleged issue with Horner, which is completely unconfirmed and only from a Dutch newspaper, is that he sent unsolicited pictures to a female employee, who went straight to Red Bull HQ to report him. He is denying all allegations.
Chris2K
So far from a colour standpoint we have: McLaren - Mainly black/ bits of Orange Haas - Mainly black/ bits of Red Williams - Black/Blue Sauber - Black/Green Alpine - Mainly black/bits of light blue and pink I know I've been mocked for being annoyed by this before, but everything being carbon fibre coloured is so dull. 2
METALMAN
Yeah it is. Also we need a yellow team.
