Lambert clearly has some nous, as his achievments with Norwich show. I think he's just suffered the same way AVB did at Chelsea - he was trying to do too much far too quickly and will ultimately pay the price for it.

I can't see Lerner sacking him but he needs to resign immediately. He may very well go on to have a fantastic managerial career but he has been a disaster for Villa since he arrived.
