Because ball boys these days tend to just be the clubs academy players, usually. I hated this shift as, at my club at least, they don't really seem that arsed about doing their job properly.

Anyway, the guy was being a dick but not really any moreso than most ballboys would be in that situation, it's no different to the ballboys who "accidentally" throw the ball out of the player's reach and make them go fetch it. It's unsporting, sure, but it happens, it doesn't mean Hazard can kick him (and yes, I'm aware it was unintentional and he was going for the ball).

The FA have charged Hazard with violent conduct, so that should be a three match ban at the very least.

EDIT: The FA said that the normal three-match ban that is a mandatory sanction for violent conduct "was clearly insufficient."
