Not a lot of "shoulda coulda" in this game, Cowboys got themselves back in and played admirably. They could've taken a timeout instead of clocking it, but they only had 1 left you don't want to put yourself in a situation where you can't even tie it at all. And then the defense did everything it was supposed to against the Packers, but Rodgers is just Rodgers man.

Pretty much.  There's no "Oh Romo would have won that game" situation here.  They went from being blown out to looking like we belonged in the playoffs and nearly taking it to overtime.  Rodgers is just on an absolute tear this year, not a lot of shame in the loss.   Future is super fucking bright for this team, offense is pretty well sorted and we can focus on filling holes in the defense.

14 of the last 16 AFC Super Bowl teams will have been quarterbacked by Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, or Ben Roethlisberger.  Parity only exists in the NFC.

I'm actually not going to complain about the Cowboys-Packers game's outcome except to say I hope the Cowboys either trade Brown to a garbage team or fine the hell out of him, And go anyone but the Packers. (Not sour grapes; I'd be anti-Packers even if the Cowboys hadn't made the playoffs. I'm sick to death of them.)

If I was a betting man, I'd bet the farm on the Patriots next. The Steelers barely escaped the Chiefs, and with all their points coming off field goals.....
