Turns out Liverpool are  just a money laundering front for El Chapo. UEFA found it hard to believe Liverpool spend £100m a season on teeth whitening products.

Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Mario Pasalic will make his loan move from Chelsea to Atalanta permanent in the summer, €15m.

Not a bad profit considering they paid a few mil for him more than 5 years ago and he's never made an appearance, according to wiki.

Wasn't a great first half. Started to pick up at the end but eh. I've seen a lot of people hype up our youngsters but I've never seen Nketiah really impress, and Saka is having a hard day too. Newcastle are defending well.

Everton are to end their sponsorship by the Kenyan gambling giant SportPesa at the end of this season, two years early, the club has announced. The lucrative five-year deal with SportPesa, agreed in 2017, was one of the most high-profile and increasingly controversial of Premier League club sponsorships by gambling companies, which has prompted campaigners to warn of the social costs and “dire consequences” being caused by the increasing “gamblification” of football.

I was listening to the wireless and they were doing bit on him, they played a clip of him talking about the plane crash. He went back into the bloody thing to help carry out survivors.

Harry Gregg was incredible. He went back in to pull Bobby Charlton and Dennis Violett out of the wreckage, then went back again to save a baby and the pregnant mother of that baby. And he always played it down afterwards as something anyone would have done.

Less than two weeks later he helped Man Utd win an FA Cup tie. At the end of that season he won Best GK at the World Cup for Northern Ireland.

He is rightly revered at Man Utd and here at Doncaster too. Sir Matt Busby paid a world record fee for a goalkeeper to take him to Old Trafford from us a few months before Munich, he was part of arguably our best ever team in the 1950s..

One of the all time greats of British football.

There's a depressing inevitability to Chelsea matches these days.

Multiple chances wasted. Inconsistent refereeing with cards for/against. Unfortunate injuries. VAR-disallowed goal.

Tedious.

And of course it's Maguire who scores the second.
