He's been found guilty of the other charge.

Match official Kevin Friend has been released from hospital following his fall at Bournemouth on Tuesday night, but will not officiate in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday.

The Premier League confirmed it had been given an update from the Professional Game Match Officials Limited governing body that concussion protocols are now to be followed, meaning Friend would not be able to take charge of the match between Southampton and Sunderland on March 5 as planned.

Friend was the fourth official at the Vitality Stadium, but was taken to hospital after banging his head on the dugout during the first half.

One change for West Ham United from the team that started the 1-0 win over Sunderland last Saturday - midfielder Pedro Obiang starts in place of Sam Byram. Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettinho makes four changes to the side that started the 2-1 win over Swansea last Sunday. In come defender Kieran Trippier, Ben Davies and midfielders Ryan Mason and Nacer Chadli. Out go Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Son Heung-min and Dele Alli.

West Ham XI: Adrian, Antonio, Collins, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Obiang, Noble, Kouyate, Lanzini, Payet, Emenike.
Tottenham XI: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Davies, Dier, Mason, Lamela, Chadli, Eriksen, Kane.

Arsenal make three changes as Laurent Koscielny misses out with a calf issue, prompting a recall for Per Mertesacker. Joel Campbell gets the nod over Theo Walcott while Olivier Giroud is in for Danny Welbeck who drops to the bench. Swansea make a number of changes as only captain Ashley Williams keeps his place in the back line after defeat at Tottenham. It's a Premier League debut for Stephen Kingsley at left-back. Leroy Fer makes his first start since joining from Queens Park Rangers and Wayne Routledge is chosen ahead of Gylfi Sigurdsson. The sixth change sees Alberto Paloschi dropped to the bench despite scoring at White Hart Lane. Bafetimbi Gomis is preferred.

No Daniel Sturridge for Liverpool. He was suffering from cramp during the League Cup final. Divock Origi starts in attack. Mamadou Sakho's head injury means Kolo Toure starts in the centre of defence. Other changes see Jon Flanagan in for Alberto Moreno, Adam Lallana for Phillipe Coutinho and Dejan Lovren for Lucas. Three changes for Manchester City from Sunday's League Cup final. Joe Hart is back in goal in place of shootout hero Willy Caballero, Pablo Zabaleta is in for Bacary Sanga at right-back and Yaya Toure has failed to recover from a foot problem so Jesus Navas starts in midfield.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Clyne, Toure, Lovren, Flanagan, Henderson, Can, Milner, Lallana, Firmino, Origi.
Man City XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Clichy, Kompany, Otamendi, Fernando, Fernandinho, Navas, Silva, Sterling, Aguero.

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes names an unchanged team from the side which won 2-1 against Aston Villa at the weekend. Jonjo Shelvey wears the captain's armband for Newcastle with regular skipper Fabricio Coloccini missing out through injury. Jamaal Lascelles replaces the Argentine for only his second Premier League start, while attacking midfielder Yoan Gouffran, left-back Paul Dummett, and central midfielder Jack Colback also come in.

For Manchester United, Marcus Rashford keeps his place, and why wouldn't he? The 18-year-old is joined by the man he replaced against Midtjylland - Anthony Martial with Jesse Lingard making way. Tim Fosu-Mensah starts at left-back with Michael Carrick rested. That means Marcos Rojo moves infield. Watford make four changes to the team which drew 0-0 with Bournemouth, three of them at the back. Nyom, Sebastian Prodl and Jose Holebas boost the defence with Almen Abdi replacing Nordin Amrabata in midfield.

Newcastle's Twitter is so shocked by Gouffran being in the starting line up, they don't even know what number he is for the line up graphics...

I don't want West Ham to win but I want Leicester to win the league. This is like being asked if you want to get felched or do the felching.
