King Ellis
As ridiculous as it sounds for an 83 day reign, it's been a long time coming. Granted it's a bit extreme to call them playoff contenders when it was still the start of the season that Eustace got sacked but they've had an atrocious record under Rooney and everyone saw this coming a mile off. I can only assume that letting Bamford score and Firpo get 2 assists were the straws that broke the camels back.
gunnar hendershow
DC United haven't even had the time to hire a full-time manager yet.

gunnar hendershow
I stand corrected. The timing of this story is stellar.
The Lusophone
It's a bit much of Rooney to complain of not getting enough time when the only reason he had the job was because he is who he is, not because he's a good manager.
Bobfoc
It looks as though Luke Williams will be leaving Notts County to become Swansea's new manager. I'll be sad to see him leave, but it was always going to be hard to keep him when a club two divisions higher and closer to his family came knocking. The Lusophone
Troy Deeney is proving he's very much cut-out for this management lark.

The Lusophone
Very much feels like he'll be doing the Sol Campbell circuit in a few years, complaining about no one giving him a job. Also feels like his coaching record won't be anywhere near as accomplished as Campbell.
Gazz
He'd better not ruin Wyrley Juniors Hall of Famer Tommy Simkin.
King Ellis
Deeney is apparently gone, complete with a 4 game touch line ban he might never get the chance to serve.
King Ellis
>Leeds win penalty deep into injury time >Bamford picks up the ball >Gives the ball to Joel Piroe >Ironic cheers ring around the ground I get it given Bamford's past record from the spot but that must be a bit disheartening as a player.
