Oh and it's such a minor thing and it sucks that you have to play a few hours to unlock it - but the Groove Music Radio station is really cool. If you weren't aware you can use Microsoft's music streaming service (30 day trial is what I'm using) to create a playlist that turns into a radio station in the game - and you can create and select between multiples. It's really neat - if you're at a festival you hear the music like it was outside your car, if you go through a cave the signal cuts out, etc.

Note that there is no PC demo for this one, so if you don't have an XBone, you're going in blind.

EA Access is putting up Mirror's Edge Catalyst (!?) and UFC 2 in November and Battlefront in December.

For all EA's faults over the years, EA Access has definitely delivered value for money.

I picked up Gears 4 for £25 so if anybody wants to play some horde sometime hit me up.

I grabbed it because around here - at least for launch - all 4 of the 360 games come with it and I can't really pass that up.

I should be getting my xbox one s in the next week or so. Controller wise, how will it come? Will there be batteries to put in, or will it have a battery pack to fit on the back that I'll need to charge?

If it doesn't come with one, where can I get a decent one?

Should come with some AA's that you can use. Alternately, you can just use it wired with any standard USB lead, the kind that fit most modern phones/tablets. If you want a rechargeable battery, the official play and charge kits run about £15. Or you can go something more off brand for cheaper. I got some stand thing that came with two battery packs in an Amazon lightning deal last year for about £5, has worked fine.

If I want to play RDR on xbox one, can I buy the 360 disc and run it that way, or was the one I've seen my missus' brother play some kind of upscaled reboot? Looks like it's 25 quid digitally but obviously much cheaper if I get the physical version.
