He was something like a 7/1 or higher, rank outsider against Werdum and I had £15 on him winning having watched a few of his fights before he got to the UFC. Has JDS faced someone with Cain's wrestling skill? Shane Carwin is the only fighter JDS has fought apart from Cain with a collegiate background, but Carwin was a Division II champion whilst Velasquez was a Division I champion.
