You might be interested in Peter Molyneux's Godus when it comes out on PC. Having been made by the man who more or less pioneered the genre with Populous and Black and White, that's possibly the closest you'll get to what you're looking for.

I thought the gamer points or whatever don't move? Thus you don't keep your profile as I was interpreting the question. I wouldn't know it's so far off my radar, just going from what Microsoft fans have told me.

Given that your gamer points carry over to Windows 8 and Windows Phone applications, as well as Games For Windows Live profiles on PC, I'd be very surprised if they weren't part of an Xbox One profile too.
