Mesut Ozil, Lukasz Fabianski, Thomas Vermaelen and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all start for Arsenal. Four changes for Everton, with Ross Barkley, Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas and Joel Robles all starting for Everton.

Full-back John Brayford, centre-back Harry Maguire and striker Jamie Murphy have all passed fitness tests to regain their places in a Sheffield United side showing eight changes to the team that beat Peterborough 2-0 in League One on Wednesday. It is the same team that beat Nottingham Forest in the last round. Former Sheffield Wednesday striker Marcus Tudgay starts up front for Charlton, replacing Astrit Adjarevic in the only change from the side beaten 3-0 at Leicester in the Championship last Saturday. Chris Powell's line-up also includes midfielder Diego Poyet, son of Sunderland boss Gus.

Sheff Utd: Howard, Brayford, Maguire, Collins, Harris, Flynn, Coady, Doyle, Murphy, Scougall, Baxter. Subs: Hill, Porter, Miller, McGinn, Davies, Long, Freeman.

Sheff Utd win 2-0.

Hull call on strikers Sone Aluko and Yannick Sagbo to fill the void left by the cup-tied pairing of Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic. In all, manager Steve Bruce - who has never gone past this stage in the competition - makes four changes. James Chester replaces Alex Bruce and Matty Fryatt comes in for Jake Livermore. Sunderland, fresh from League Cup final defeat, make six changes. Oscar Ustari makes his debut in goal, Ignacio Scocco and Steven Fletcher come in up front, Santiago Vergini and Andrea Dossena move into defence, while Emanuele Giaccherini gets a start.
Hull: McGregor, Chester, Davies, Figueroa, Elmohamady, Meyler, Huddlestone, Aluko, Rosenior, Fryatt, Sagbo. Subs: Bruce, Koren, Boyd, Harper, Faye, Quinn, Henderson.
