Serious question. Has Jose ever had a successful third season anywhere?

Edit:

Found the answer

This is only the third time he's made it to a third season, he's won the league in every second season but never won the league in both attempts he's previously had.

I never see why the 2006/07 season is included in the idea of a "third season syndrome". Winning a third straight PL title is rare enough for anyone and coming 2nd with both domestic cups and a CL semi final appearance is hardly a shitstorm.

Fellaini up front for Utd. Benteke up front for Liverpool.

BIG BELGIANS ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Also Danny Ings is playing so looks like Liverpool will have 2 up front.

Fresh from signing his new contract, David de Gea makes his first appearance of the season in goal for Manchester United. Wayne Rooney's hamstring injury means he does not make the squad, leaving Marouane Fellaini to lead the line. New £36m teenager Anthony Martial is on the bench. Liverpool hand a first start to summer signing Danny Ings, who replaces the suspended Philippe Coutinho in their only change to the team that was beaten by West Ham before the international break.

Man Utd: de Gea, Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Shaw, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Mata, Herrera, Memphis, Fellaini.
Subs: Romero, McNair, Rojo, Schneiderlin, Valencia, Young, Martial.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Clyne, Skrtel, Lovren, Gomez, Lucas, Can, Milner, Firmino, Ings, Benteke.
Subs: Bogdan, Toure, Sakho, Moreno, Origi, Rossiter, Ibe.
