I think it was founded as a football sister club of Derbyshire County Cricket Club, and I suppose they wanted to differentiate the two somehow. It still doesn't explain why Stockport County uses its particular name, however.

5 out of 18 is a funny 60%. Still better than Hockaday, Milanic (was that his name?), Rosler and I'd wager Redfearn too, mind you.

 

I don't get bringing Steve Evans in at all, I hardly imagine he's going to get on with Cellino for too long, his style of play is completely different to how are players have been getting used to since June and to top it off he's painfully average.

Plus, he's a fraudulent cunt. The sooner Cellino (who has been disqualified again today) gets the hell away from English football, the better. People should not be allowed to abuse clubs in this way. I despise Leeds United but I do feel sorry for the fans and I don't want to see any club being treated the way they are.
