Sorry, couldn't find an Athletics thread and didn't think we needed one, but is anyone watching this Nitro Athletics stuff? Usain Bolt's team against 5 nations, mixed gender relays, target javelin, elimination mile, shitloads of pyro. It's amazing.

From what I've seen it's a good concept, it just needs the best athletes in the world representing their countries and not just shoved in an All-Star team. I also still want my Ultimate Relay idea, 1st leg 800m, 2nd leg 400m, 3rd leg 200m and final leg 100m, to come to fruition.

That is brilliant. What is the elimination mile? Whoever is last gets eliminated until there can only be one?

That's the one. They fucked up the women's when one assumed she was last and dropped out, then found out she wasn't and inexplicably rejoined the next lap and caused carnage. Great telly.
