I wouldn't go that far, defenses have just adjusted to him by double/triple teaming him with a mix of corners, safeties and linebackers. Play calling and Eli's check downs/accuracy when he is open is causing his down year. He's slowly coming along though.

That was one of the worst pass interference calls I've ever seen.  It is impossible to play defense at all if you're going to get flagged for that.

At least the Ravens are making up for it with shitty play calls in the red zone.
