What are the essentials I need to catch up on ahead of Dr Strange? Judging by the teaser in NWH I assume Wandavision is a must. I've not seen any Disney+ content and, for what it's worth, Black Widow or Eternals in P4 (I assume they won't be relevant).

I think that Dr Strange, WandaVision and No Way Home should be enough. You could probably throw in Infinity War and Endgame though too. There's an outside shot that Loki could be worth watching, but nothing confirmed makes me feel the need to tell you that it is essential.

Oh, and don't forget to watch that one Dr Strange episode of What If? featuring some of the characters from the teasers.

Assuming you've already seen the first Doctor Strange, then WandaVision and Spiderman: No Way Home are the must-watches.

I would also suggest the whole of What If? (there's an excellent Dr Strange centric episode that I think they'll be referencing, but the whole story has parallels and other elements may end up being used).

Marvel Studios Canada put out a (now deleted) 15 second TV spot that confirmed...

Spoiler

Captain Carter and Professor X complete with hovering yellow chair and green suit (like the animated series)

somebody gettin' fired

Or it's a clever marketing campaign to get internet geeks (more) hyped up
