Crybaby Bunting
Ugh, I keep seeing games that are coming out for the PS3 that make me want to just cancel my PS4 pre-order. Gran Turismo 6 is coming out in December, but only for the PS3. This sort of game would have made the switch over to PS4 completely worth it but nope, it's getting released a month after the console launch for the previous system. King Ellis
If they'd moved it to PS4 it probably wouldn't have been released till 2016.
apsham
Games for this gen that I want to play - that aren't coming over to the next gen are pretty much the reason I cancelled my preorder on a next gen console. When people asked why backwards compatibility was "such a big deal" this should've been used at the example.
ChrisSteeleAteMyHamster
There will be enough final-gen PS3 games coming out in 2014 to keep the need for the PS4 at bay for a while.
Cactus Drags
Should have just downloaded it on yr PS3 and USB'd it across. I don't have a PS3 pad right now. Regardless, if they want more people making the move to digital and paying through the nose for their memory cards, the shopping experience needs to be a whole lot less frustrating. EWB's Best Poster.
I agree that it's a little stressful doing it on vita. I do what Ellis suggested personally. With a lot of integration with ps4 it will be less of a problem. But on its own? Its like pimping. It ain't easy.
TKz
Really? I've never had a problem with my Vita downloading games.
LL!
And here's a cool little thing we might be seeing sometime next year. http://www.uproxx.com/gammasquad/2013/09/playstation-vita-tv-first-microconsole-worth-buying/

Cactus Drags
Killzone is really good. Story is a bit strained and trite, but the gameplay is pretty engaging. Need to get my controller grip if I'm going to be able to do anything in multiplayer though, I only just scrape by in campaign, aiming is much more fiddly than on a home console. Your Mom
I think I like this Vita TV thing. Will have to learn more about it but it sounds good
Cactus Drags
I have ordered one of these, supposed to make the Vita much more comfortable to hold. Also, triggers.
Baddar
That just takes me to the Gamestop home page (on my phone anyway). Got a pic?

Cactus Drags
That just takes me to the Gamestop home page (on my phone anyway). Got a pic? Can't see amazingly well from this angle, but it basically modifies the shoulder bumpers into triggers, and is meant to feel more like holding a Dual Shock. I have a basic third party grip, but it's difficult moving from sticks to buttons because the grips are so long. This seems right down my alley, and there's a lot of reviews suggesting that the Vita should have been designed with this shape in mind in the first place (they could even have added a second set of shoulder buttons to more closely mimic the Dual Shock). No idea why it isn't sold over here, we'd make a mint at my store.
Crybaby Bunting
Hang on a minute, at the start of this generation we were getting little plastic things so that the PS3 triggers would become solid buttons. Now we're getting big plastic things so that solid buttons can become PS3 triggers?
Cactus Drags
If I've read correctly, this makes the bumpers more like the triggers-with-plastic-things-on-them.
