Premier League Manager of the Year - Jose Mourinho

League 2 Manager of the Year - Gareth Ainsworth, Wycombe Wanderers

League 1 Manager of the Year - Steve Cotterill, Bristol City

League Championship Manager of the Year - Eddie Howe, Bournemouth

FA Cup Manager of the Year Award - Phil Parkinson, Bradford City for their win at Chelsea.

The 1000 club award went to Danny Wilson who achieved the landmark with Barnsley in December, 2014.

Special Achievement Awards - Bristol City's Steve Cotterill, Walsall's Dean Smith

The LMA Service of Football Award went to Gordon Guthrie for six decades of service to Derby County
