I love Mike Nolan. He leveraged having Ray Lewis and Ed Reed in their primes into a long and successful career.

Mike Nolan's career history is funny.  Defensive coordinator for three teams before randomly becoming the Ravens' wide receivers coach for a year.

But then you also have Pat Shurmur, Steve Spagnuolo, Leslie Frazier and Todd Bowles, so he runs about 50/50
