I enjoyed that feature they did on Focus as well. Loved some of the big tackles he was putting in against th likes of Germany and Brazil. He seemed like just the right kind of defender and no wonder he rose to the very top of the game.

Michu is telling Laudrup to stay at Swansea. I hope they both do, because it's abundantly clear they both love it there and are thriving. But I don't think anyone would begrudge Laudrup moving to Madrid if that job was offered to him, right?

Be an interesting summer for the pair of them. Michu is certainly going to have a number of clubs sniffing around him and Laudrup's stock has risen whilst being at Swansea. I could easily see a few clubs wanting Laudrup to be manager but there have been polls in Spanish magazines and Laudrup seems to be topping them. If Mourinho does leave then Laudrup will be one of the first to get a call I can imagine.
