QPR already have slightly better goal difference, so yes they would leapfrog Villa if they win.

Is there still a yellow card amnesty? and if so, when is it?

If a player receives his 10th yellow of the season this coming weekend (by Sunday 19th), they will receive a two game ban. If they don't, then the limit is shifted to 15 yellow cards.

I know this because both Matic and Fabregas are on 9 yellow cards.
