We did, it wasn't.  Talib took off his helmet while jawing, but the Carolina receiver smacked him in the chest to kick the whole thing off, so they shouldn't have called anything,

I'm guessing it is mainly because Talib took off his helmet like that, which people may perceive as instigating. I think that whole thing probably should've just consisted of the refs giving both of those guys a warning and not penalizing yet.
