Eagle eyed people on Twitter apparently caught that right after the anthem he was called over and there was some delay to the coin toss while they sorted something out.

Entirely possible he was hurt in warmups but as he was already named in the starting XI went out there for the anthem while Morocco's coaches sorted everything out.
