Washington seem to want to rebuild their whole team in free agency, particularly the defence, maybe they just chuck literally all of the picks at Chicago to try to land Williams!

Definitely didn't see that coming. We knew that they'd have to get rid of one of Williams or Allen, but after cutting Williams, didn't see them trading Allen too.

Screams rebuild to me. Seems like they want to start from scratch after the whole Brandon Staley debacle.

I'm not one to defend sex offenders, but I did read that this came about in a extortion case he's involved in (Dak is, allegedly, the one being extorted) and isn't a 'new' case. Admittedly, I haven't looked into it beyond that (and having seen a r/nfl post about said extortion case prior to this), but it might not be what it seems in this particular case.

Yeah, I am hoping not. I've always liked Dak (despite his team lol) and the world and sport does not need another high profile QB sex offender at all.

You don't see trades like that this far ahead of the draft. Usually they happen when the player the team wants is still there.

My guess is that MIN is going to be looking at what QB is there at 11 and if they don't like what they see they can go with another position and then grab a diff QB at 23 then

Good point. Maybe also pushing chips in to try to move up too. 11 & 23 is a good start if you're trying to get ahead of some teams that you're worried will try and take a QB you like.

Dannnnnng, that would be such a bold move from a team that traditionally bungles these types of things or is too scared to do anything like this!
