Brendan Rodgers in being a big baby shocker.

All they had to do was beat Chelsea and they would be 3 points clear of City, giving Liverpool the breathing space to even draw one of their last two games.

They didn't, they bottled it and now they have to hope that City mess up. I wouldn't be surprised to see Liverpool draw one of their last games after buckling to pressure like that.

I keep hear people say they bottled it, but did they really? Like, they'd won 11 games on the trot. That's outstanding. It's not a shock that they didn't win 14 games in a row, really.

Of course they didn't, they got beat by a very good well set up Chelsea team. If they'd played horrendously against Cardiff and lost I'd say they'd have bottled it, but not in this case.

To be fair his exact words were "this does not fucking slip now". He then went on to say they go to Norwich and win but he was clearly talking about not letting the title slip.

I still think if Liverpool win out, they'll win it all.

Daft point, but is it just me that thinks Ba is scoring even if Gerrard doesn't slip? It's his horrible touch that Ba pounces on, fall or not Ba's taking it.

He nearly got to Ba by the time he shot, so yes, easily would've had him had he not slipped.

You have to love Ba. He can't play football but he always seems to score. Had to laugh at Schurlle pretty much telling him off for being shit during the first half.
