Arguably, no. Ronaldo, Ibra and Messi all have a better goals per game ratio (in that order, 1.17, 1.03 and 0.97 compared to Suarez's 0.9) over the last two league seasons.

You could also argue that Ronaldo and Messi aren't strikers, but if Ibra is statistically better, then it puts that one to bed.

The counterpoint to that argument (not one I'm making, I personally still believe Dennis Bergkamp to be the best striker in the world) is that Zlatan's goals ratio comes from playing in a lesser league than the other guys.
