Holgate has the potential to be better than Stones, if only because in three games I saw no Cruyff turns in our own box. :shifty:

He's from Doncaster as well, whereas Stones is a full on Dingle so clearly Holgate will end up being better than him.

Would have taken a point before kick off, Pickford was brilliant right up until the goal. Disappointed to how we reacted to goal up, always is the same, sitting off and inviting the pressure on. Defoe's penalty was great, no chance for Forster.

Joseph, you can't take a draw before the game, that would be cheating.

To assist Rashford's goal.

Only thing he did all game to be fair.

Still, it was more than deserved. It was nice to see us really put Hull under pressure. Last few years that would have petered out into a dour 0-0. Rashford and Mkhitaryan were fantastic when they came on. Definitely the most Zlatan has been involved in a game so far as well.

Will be a shame to see Martial and Mata come out of this team thought while Rooney starts every week.

It could have been 6 or 7 today. Davies always has a good game against us, the twat. Pogba could have had 2, Rashford forced a Clark Kent like save, Ibra's back heel, Mkhitaryan's blocked shot from point blank range. So happy to get the win.

Great assist from Rooney on an otherwise poor performance from him.

You already have a point when the game kicks off it's 0-0. I can't steal it if it's already like that.

But you northerners always steal things. Like whippets and chips and gravy and souls.

West Brom make three changes from the side that won in the EFL Cup during the week. Youngster Sam Field, full-back Brendan Galloway and James McClean all come in for Jonas Olsson, Craig Gardner and Saido Berahino. Middlesbrough make one change to the side that beat Sunderland last weekend. Defender Daniel Ayala comes in for the injured George Friend.

West Brom XI: Foster, Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Galloway, Phillips, Yacob, Fletcher, Field, McClean, Rondon.
Boro XI: Guzan, Nsue, Gibson, Ayala, Barragan, Forshaw, Clayton, Stuani, Ramirez, Downing, Negredo.
