I know there’s always tons of Dallas fans at every road game, and MetLife Stadium is no exception.  I also know that night games suck in general and you couldn’t pay me to go to one.

But it’s a week 1 rivalry game in a season that has the highest expectations the Giants have had in over a decade.  Despite this, at least half the stadium seem to be Dallas fans.  That really shouldn’t be happening for any franchise, let alone a NY market team.  Terrible.

and as I say that, pick six for Dallas.  Game over already.

I knew the talent gap between the Giants and the Cowboys/Eagles was still huge and a lot of fans wanted to willfully ignore it.  But even I might have underestimated the extent.

This performance has been so bad they are absolutely going to hear people saying last year was nothing more than a fluke.

I didn’t think the Giants would beat the Cowboys.  But I never expected it to be this bad.  This is just complete exposure.

Not even exaggerating that the season’s already on the line in Arizona next week.  Because looming after that is San Fran on 3 days rest and in general the first 6 weeks of their schedule are brutal.  Can’t afford to fall into a big hole.
